Please see below some frequently asked questions regarding shopping online with us.

1. How much will it cost to deliver my order? 

We offer free delivery to all major hubs in SA. Simply provide your address at checkout and enjoy free delivery for all orders.

2. How long will it take to deliver my order?

For South African Shipments we use The Courier Guy. You can expect your delivery within 1 to 3 days to any main centre in South Africa provided that you have given the correct delivery details and are available to receive the goods. 

3. Can I return my order?

You may return any unworn items (other than custom-made items and earrings for pierced ears) within 7 (seven) business days provided that you notify us in writing within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving your parcel and it is returned in its (their) original and complete packaging. Once we receive the items in good order, we will fully refund to you the amount you paid for the item(s), excluding any outbound shipping costs. See below on how to go about returning an item. You can also request store credit for your item.

4. What kind of items cannot be returned?

Unfortunately, custom-made items and earrings for pierced ears may not be returned unless they were received by you in a faulty condition. In this case, we need to be notified within 24 (twenty-four) hours that you wish to return them and they are returned to us within 7 (seven) business days. Once we receive the items, we will fully refund to you the amount you paid for the item(s).

5. Can I exchange an item for another?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests for exchanges due to the limited nature of our stock inventory. Should you wish to return an item and purchase another instead, you will have to first complete the returns process for the item you wish to exchange and then place a new order for the new item. We can offer you store credit in the instance that you can't exhange your order.

6. How do I go about returning an item?

All returnable items must be returned within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which you received your order.

With the “Courier Door-to-Door” as your shipping method, the date on which you or someone on your behalf signed for the items will be deemed the date on which you receive your order.

  1. Should you wish to return an item(s), notify us in writing within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving your order that you wish to return an item(s) included in such order, by sending us an email. In the message box quote your order number, name of item(s) you wish to return and your reason for wanting to return it.
  2. Once your request is authorised, we will arrange for our courier to collect the item from you.
  3. Once we have received your returned item(s), we shall refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) excluding the initial outbound shipping cost, unless you reasonably allege and we are satisfied that you received the item in a faulty condition, in which case your refund shall include the initial outbound shipping costs.

Refunds

We shall refund you by crediting the payment card you used for your purchase with the applicable amount as soon as possible and in any event within 30 (thirty) business days of the date on which you placed your order. All returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions. By making any purchase on our website, you acknowledge to have read, understood and consider yourself bound by our Terms and Conditions.
